A collection of 98 unique residences individually designed to meet the needs of each resident.
BIM was used from early design stage all the way through construction to flag, address, and mitigate issues and conflicts to minimize change orders and the time and money spent on resolving issues on site.
Areas such as parkade, mechanical rooms, and other common areas of the building were the main focus for BIM coordination as they contained the most complexity.
