ALTINOVA MODULAR

Murrieta, CA

Caltech

Luttec completed the architectural design for the Altinova Modular Building, a multi-unit residential project located in Murrieta, California, with a total area of 23,956 square feet. Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, the design process ensured precision and efficiency, resulting in a modern and sustainable living environment that meets the diverse needs of its residents. This project highlights Luttec's focus on innovative design and quality construction in the modular housing sector.

Modular building design utilizing container trailers offers a innovative and efficient construction approach. By pre-fabricating building components off-site, the process streamlines on-site assembly, reduces waste, and minimizes disruption. This modular technique is particularly well-suited for remote or temporary structures, providing a sustainable and cost-effective solution.

Modular layout design with specified assemblies optimizes space and reduces waste. Prefabricated modules enable sustainable design, minimizing environmental impact. Low-cost construction and reduced on-site labor costs result in a cost-effective solution for modern buildings.

Modular flexibility is achieved through a combination of three module sizes: 15x30, 15x40, and 15x45 ft. By assembling these modules, a diverse range of units can be created, enabling the construction of various types of prefabricated units and buildings. This innovative approach allows for unparalleled customization, scalability, and efficiency in building design and construction.
