Ambleside Phase 1 features a collection of 98 unique residences, each individually designed to cater to the specific needs of its residents.
BIM was utilized from the early design stage through to construction, allowing the team to identify, address, and mitigate potential issues and conflicts. This proactive approach helped minimize change orders and reduced both time and costs associated with on-site problem resolution.
The primary focus for BIM coordination was on complex areas such as the parkade, mechanical rooms, and other common spaces within the building.
These areas presented the highest level of complexity, making effective coordination essential to ensure a smooth construction process.
