Central to the success of LINEA is the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. Our team utilized advanced BIM techniques to coordinate below-grade floors, mechanical rooms, and utility lines. Detailed models reflecting the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were developed, facilitating effective communication and coordination of routes.
Following the resolution of potential issues, comprehensive shop drawings were generated for contractors, streamlining the construction process and enhancing project efficiency and accuracy.
