Marine Gateway is a large mixed-use development in South Vancouver, featuring 415 condominium suites and 46 dedicated rental suites across three towers.
The entire design was developed using BIM to enhance the coordination process, leading to better-coordinated IFC drawings compared to similar projects.
Ongoing BIM coordination throughout the construction phase helped minimize issues on the construction site, resulting in reduced time and costs associated with problem resolution.
This approach contributed to a more efficient construction process and improved overall project outcomes.
