The 5800 North Bay Rd Residence, located in Miami, Florida, is a residential project commissioned by Panther Air Conditioning. Luttec provided specialized services by producing shop drawings for the HVAC scope of the project. Working within a BIM environment allowed for enhanced accuracy and visualization throughout the design process.
Multi-disciplinary coordination assisted with ensuring precise alignment and placement of grilles, air handling units (AHUs), and the associated ductwork and hydronic piping.
