Thirdway Architecture
Moor House, located on the north side of London Wall, stands as one of the most distinguished buildings in the City of London. Designed by the esteemed architectural firm Foster & Partners, this impressive structure encompasses approximately 314,000 square feet (29,200 square meters) of Grade A office space distributed across a basement, lower ground level, ground floor, and 16 upper floors.
The project was commissioned by Thirdway Architecture, emphasizing the significance of Moor House in the urban landscape and its innovative design.
To meet the architectural demands of this iconic building, Luttec provided advanced BIM modeling services specifically for the base building.
The unique curvatures and complex geometry presented notable challenges during the modeling process. However, Luttec's skilled team successfully navigated these obstacles, ensuring that the final BIM models accurately captured the building's distinctive features and facilitated seamless construction and coordination.
